Welcome to DashGash. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of physical products through dashgash.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Contact us at hello@dashgash.com if you have a question about an order.

Products and orders

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screen settings or product updates. Products are subject to availability. After you place an order, we may contact you if an item is unavailable or if we cannot fulfil the order. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a clear pricing or listing error, a payment problem, suspected fraud, or a delivery restriction. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices and payment

The final amount payable is shown at checkout before you place your order. Depending on what is available at checkout, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and supported domestic payment methods in Azerbaijan. Payments are handled by payment providers. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

Accounts

You may create an account to manage your details and orders. Keep your login details confidential and tell us at hello@dashgash.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your delivery address.

Delivery and returns

Orders are processed in Azerbaijan, and products are shipped directly from China to the delivery address. Delivery is available to destinations served by our logistics partners. Our usual estimate is 10–20 business days, though actual delivery times may vary. Please read our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies for details. Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain in place.

Product use

Follow the instructions and safety information supplied with each product. Stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe, and contact us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have for a faulty or misdescribed product.

Website content

DashGash branding, images, text, and other website content belong to DashGash or its licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping, but you may not copy or commercially reuse its content without permission.

Liability and applicable law

We do not exclude liability where doing so is prohibited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. If a dispute arises, contact us first at hello@dashgash.com so we can try to resolve it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
