Payment providers process your payment details and send us the payment status and transaction information needed to manage the order. DashGash does not store complete card numbers.

How we use information

We use this information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, provide account access, answer questions, handle returns and refunds, maintain website security, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use your email for order and service messages. We do not send promotional emails unless you separately choose to receive them.

Sharing and international delivery

Products are shipped directly from China, so order and delivery information needed for fulfilment is shared with fulfilment and delivery partners there. We keep account and order information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle returns or disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We keep support messages and technical logs only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it, subject to legal requirements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to close your account, by emailing hello@dashgash.com. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also be able to object to or restrict processing, request a portable copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Some information may need to be retained to complete orders or meet legal obligations.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Our store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
